This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, production, and delivery timelines.

Order Processing & Production Time

  • Ready-to-ship items (USA stock):
    Processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items:
    Carefully produced at our manufacturing facility within
    5–7 business days before dispatch.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Production & Dispatch Locations

To provide both fast delivery and custom craftsmanship:

  • Some products are stored and shipped from the United States.

  • Custom and personalized orders are produced at our manufacturing facility
    and then shipped to the customer.

This hybrid model allows us to maintain quality craftsmanship while offering
efficient delivery options.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States – ready stock:
    Typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Custom international shipments:
    Usually arrive within 10–15 business days after production and dispatch.

All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or external logistics conditions

Bulk & Corporate Orders

For bulk, corporate, or large custom orders:

  • Production and shipping timelines are confirmed individually
    based on quantity and customization requirements.

Our team will provide clear scheduling before order confirmation.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking information to monitor delivery progress

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

INKORA is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts by carriers

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address,
reshipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country.

  • These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by INKORA.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier:

  • Delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

  • INKORA will assist in tracking or investigation,
    but cannot guarantee replacement for carrier-confirmed delivery.
